Writing
I originally joined ODYSSEY because of my love of words and writing, and even as I’ve begun to do more work with the website, I’ve still tried to do as much in this realm as possible. Different types of writing and stories have given me the chance to explore my writing style and hone the skills I had set out to learn.
I’ve written several of these as adjunct projects, using them as an outlet to express my opinions on various books and other types of media.
As Digital Editor-in-Chief, I’ve come to see these as a vital part of our publication and have done my best to contribute.
I’ve written a variety of editorials and blogs for both platforms, both based on personal experiences and national and local issues.
I started writing these at the end of my sophomore year and they’ve become my favorite type of writing.
